We do not collect unnecessary or sensitive information unless required for safety (e.g., health notes for participation).

  • Communicate with you before and after the tour

  • Payment and accounting data: 6 years (required by law)
  • Customer service messages: 1 year
  • Analytics data: 2–26 months depending on Google settings

After this, data is deleted or anonymised.
